Karla Maria T Diño is an alumna of the Philippine High School for the Arts where she also consequently taught Music. In college, she was a Rector’s scholar at the University of Santo Tomas, graduating in Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance under the tutelage of Ms. Erlinda Fule and Raul Sunico, Ph.D. Right after graduation she landed a study grant for further studies in Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt in Weimar, Germany under the guidance of Rolf-Dieter Arens.

For four years, she worked as a Repetiteur for the Opera Aria and Italian Shows of the Venetian Macao. She is the Assisting Pianist of L’elisir d’amore Opera under the baton of Ruggero Barbieri. She is also a Solo Pianist at the Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Conrad Macao, City of Dreams Manila, Manila Hotel and Sofitel  Philippine Plaza Manila. She frequently performs at the Malacañang Palace with the Philippine Pops Orchestra. She plays the piano with the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra as program musician and performed with the orchestra under the baton of Maestro Fukumura in Tokyo Japan. Other performances include Schumann Piano Concerto with the PPO under the baton of Eugene Castillo; a solo performance at the 2002 Annual Musical Soiree of Friends For Cultural Concern; performed with the Philippine Pops Orchestra at the Inauguration of President Rodrigo Duterte at the Malacañang Palace; performed with the PPO at the 30th ASEAN Summit and Senate Centennial Anniversary; Music Director and Pianist of The Pearl Of The Orient Concert at the Teatro Dom Pedro Quinto in Macau; and Assisting Pianist in the Hong Kong Academy For Performing Arts Charity Concert.
